Design ownership
Uniqlogo will sign over design ownership of all artwork relating to client’s company logo created by Uniqlogo upon receipt of final payment for the designs created. Uniqlogo retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Uniqlogo and Deki design until full payment has been received. The final product will then be able to be used in all media and markets for unlimited time.
Uniqlogo will reserve the rights to use all content created by Uniqlogo and Deki design for display and promotional use.
Terms
50% Deposit is required at commencement of order to cover the following costs:
The deposit is non-refundable once the creation activation time has commenced and does not give final usage rights. Design ownership will only be signed over once final payment has been received and cleared.
Part payment plan will be negotiated with client as needed, part payments are non-refundable once the creation activation time has commenced. Design ownership will only be signed over once final payment has been received and cleared.
Final payment is due once project is completed and client has approved the final product. Design ownership will only be signed over once final payment has been received and cleared. The final product will then be able to be used in all media and markets for unlimited time.
The project can be terminated at any time by the client. Uniqlogo will not collect additional charges, however the client will forfeit all rights to any of the design work that Uniqlogo and Deki design has completed up to date. Uniqlogo and Deki design will have full ownership of all work completed to date once project is terminated or no final payment is received and cleared.
Trademark & Copyright Laws
Trademark or Copyright are the responsibility of client once Uniqlogo has signed over the the Design Ownership. Uniqlogo and Deki design cannot provide guarantee of copyright to the client and cannot be held liable if the client is unable to acquire Trademark or Copyright for any reason.
